Team Stapleton,

First and foremost, we are genuinely pumped about the potential of working together creatively. Just like music, design is an art-and teaming up with others that appreciate and harvest such passion in their craft (and every day lives!) is something we value above all else. When Hilary and I started Vibe Tribe Creative we vowed to never work with anyone we couldn't imagine ourselves having coffee with in a t-shirt and jeans with an overdose of belly laughs and meaningful conversation. This projectt is an opportunity for us to understand you, your message and the things that are important not just for the growth of your brand-but for the heartbeat. The realness. The existentence of a digital outlet that feels like home, a rhythm of its own. After days of watching videos of your performances and interviews, we got what we call the VIBE. 

Below you can find our proposal and full explanation of how we envision this partnership from start to finish. With a combination of travel, original photography, customized graphics, social guidance and website creation-we can make magic happen...and have a damn good time doing it! To us this document represents the beginning of an open dialogue, with the final product being influenced heavily by your feedback and perspective. We look forward to sharing in more conversation together as we work to create something organic and beautiful.

01: WHISKEY AND YOU (PLUS US!)

Once official, we'll kick things off with a deeper "get-to-know-you" session - our [way more fun] version of white boarding. This 30 minute virtual drink date is geared towards planning for our time together and understanding exactly what you’re after. Here, together, we’ll come up with a more concrete plan of exactly what we'll be shooting and where. (DETAILS PROVIDED BELOW IN SEGMENT 3, TRAVELLER)


02: MORE OF YOU

From there, we'll jump right into the photography aspect of our partnership. Team Vibe will begin the development of vision boards to make sure we are all on the same page going into digital captures. We’ll be shooting in bulk so there is enough content to fuel multiple website needs-especially those social media posts you’ll be creating. 


03: TRAVELLER (for photo)

Photography is such an important part of starting fresh and establishing who you are and how you want to be viewed. Remembered. Understood. Our clients always tell us that their favorite part of the process is the photography component, and we have to agree! Generally we like to create a loose structure for photos and concept multiple scenes along with planned destinations, but leave the most room for real life moments... that's where the magic happens. After we are able to shoot content, a launch plan can be set in stone. We estimate around 20-50 days after our photo sessions for project completion. Cool, right?

PROPOSED TIME TOGETHER: March 10-16th on tour + TRIBE TAKEOVER 

+ OBJECTIVE: To organically capture your life on tour with unlimited creative access to both of us. We envision a mix of performances, behind the scenes atmospheres, interacting with other artists, getting ready, writing, exploring, and a handful of stylized #morganeandchris frames as well. 

+ WHAT IS A TRIBE TAKEOVER? We have wifi on our cameras! What does this mean? Anything we shoot can be edited and posted on social media in realtime. When on tour, performing, living life-we can post content for you based on a pre-planned strategy/approval system. Vibe Tribe Creative guarantees brand-authentic images for an on-the-go lifestyle...and the best part? It's included in our realm of creative offerings. Go team!

+ TRAVEL COST: Vibe Tribe Creative bills only for flights and accommodations while on project, no extra margins are included in any of our partnerships. It's just how we roll! We love what we do and know that our process and client experience is one-of-a-kind. For this initiative, based on research, we've come to a total travel cost of  $5,500

+ PHOTO COST: After our time together, you'll walk away with 900-1k fully edited, artistic images inclusive of usage rights. Over the course of a week, an organized cost of $5,500 will cover all of our time spent shooting, styling, editing and gallery creation.  We use Pixiset as our delivery method to ensure you can easily download any image and post it to social media in realtime.

04: WHEN THE STARS COME OUT 

Outside of photography, all other services are packaged under the umbrella of creative consulting and website design which allows for a collaborative partnership with no limits! We truly want to be your creative confidants and work together to build a digital home for you and your brand. This includes: 

• Access to our creative expertise across all facets of marketing. We’re not an agency with multiple layers to sift through – we’re two energized women who are available to chat! We want you to feel good about this process and about working with us, and personal connection matters. This includes strategy and planning the whole way through! 

• Creation of a unique, interactive website design. We’ll work closely with you to determine a layout and flow that showcases the Chris Stapleton brand effectively, beautifully, and authentically. 

• A mobile/tablet responsive design so your website translates anywhere, anyhow!

• A flexible and user-friendly backend setup so you can take the reigns and feel good about editing and adding new content to your site post-launch. Many of our clients also bring us on a monthly retainer to update the site, create custom graphics, refresh photo placements and assist with social media as well. This can be discussed separately if you feel it's a need prior to launching. 

• Brand spankin' new social media cover photos, designed to match the feel of your new site. 

• A flexible and user-friendly backend setup so you can take the reigns and feel good about editing and adding new content to your site post-launch. Many of our clients also bring us on a monthly retainer to update the site, create custom graphics, refresh photo placements and assist with social media as well. This can be discussed separately if you feel it's a need prior to launching. 

 


05: FIRE AWAY (FINE LINE DETAILS)

Travel cost for two: $5,500

Photography and styling: $5,500

Website + creative services: 3,000

TOTAL: $14,000

TERMS: Vibe Tribe Creative to collect a 50% deposit of $4,250 (travel costs paid separately when ready to book!) upfront, upon approval of this proposal. Final payment is due upon website launch. Website hosting is billed separately, directly through the website platform, at $96 annually. We can set payment up for you upon approval of this proposal – using provided credit card details (typically over the phone). You have our promise that this will be done in a private and secure manner.
